Autumn show with works Appel, Ryden, Planeta, Delie and others
From October 6 until November 3, 2019, Jaski Gallery organized a mixed autumn show with works from Karel Appel, Mark Ryden, Dawid Planeta, Andy Warhol, Miguel Delie, Emilio Kruithof and Les Deux Garçons.
Young Polish artist Dawid Planeta makes his debut in our gallery. His moody, introspective works are disturbingly fascinating. “Art is about going to the edge of consciousness”, Planeta says, “where the basic layer of reality is fading away and you can see the whole different world underneath. It’s a place of memories that are yet to happen, where the future and the past are one. My art is a window that can help you to reconnect with deep parts of your mind, parts you often ignore.”
