First Don Diablo exhibition in The Netherlands

A special exhibition at Jaski Gallery in Amsterdam: Endless Voyage by Don Diablo. From Saturday 15 to Sunday 30 October, six of his video installations were on display, combined with a life-size plane window “on an endless digital flight to an unknown destination”, in the words of Don Diablo himself. The official opening took place on Friday 14 October from 5.00 PM to 8.00 PM.

After spending more than 14,500 hours in the air from the age of 13, Don Diablo’s life changed dramatically when the COVID-19 pandemic struck. Over the years, planes had become his second home. When the lockdowns suddenly made it impossible for him to fly, the renowned producer and digital artist decided to literally take the plane into his home. And so the foundations for Endless Voyage were laid.

Don Diablo has taken the art world by storm. Through his vision on NFTs (Non Fungible Tokens), he combines the digital and physical worlds in a unique way. Record sales at the renowned digital art gallery SuperRare and successful auctions at Sotheby’s led to his work being sold and exhibited at the Venice Biennale, Art Dubai, and Art Basel in Miami. His latest work ‘HΞXAVERSΞ by Don Diablo’ is currently on display in downtown Hong Kong and Shanghai in collaboration with K11.

“I am here to create, innovate, and keep pushing forward into the future,” says Don Diablo, who was born in 1980 as Don Pepijn Schipper in Coevorden. After directing several music videos at the age of 12, he decided to start making his own music. He released his first track when he was only 13 years old. In the years that followed, he climbed his way to the top of the international music industry and branched out into art, fashion, and philanthropy. In doing so, he also partnered with leading brands and organizations such as Star Wars, the United Nations, and DC Comics.
